Technical Support:

FRESHERS:

• Fresh BCA , B.Sc(computers) and B.Com(computers) graduates from the 2008 batch only.
• Excellent communication, analytical and interfacing skills.
• Willing to work in different time zones.

EXPERIENCED:

• 1-3 yrs of experience in a voice based process
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Candidates should be able to document calls and issues in case management tools
• Excellent communication, analytical and interfacing skills.
• Willing to work in different time zones

The following candidates need not apply:

BE / B.Tech / MCA.

Candidates who have applied in the last 6 months.
