Check your BMI

This is a nice tool to calculate your BMI - Body Mass Index. Usually machines which evaluate it based on your height and weight can be seen in shopping complexes, bus/railway stations..etc. With BMI it can easily determined whether a person is under weight/correct weight/over weight. It is a calculation with respect to a person’s height and weight.
This tool is very handy in knowing your BMI and weight status. You can also know how much weight to gain/lose to get into perfect touch.
