• Should be able to independently execute & deliver projects within schedule & desired quality
• Should possess expertise in Dot Net ( ASP.net/C#, SQL server)
• Experience as Project Manager in earlier assignments ( for 3 yrs)
• Experience in financial domain is preferred
• Should be able to lead & mentor large teams
• Should possess excellent communication skills

Experience: 8 – 10 Years

2.        Team Lead – Dot Net:

Essential Skills:

• Rich experience in Asp.Net, C# & SQL Server
• Experience as a Team Lead in earlier assignments ( 1 year or 2 projects)
• Experience in Financial Domain
• Excellent communication skills

Experience: 5-7 years

3.        Senior Software Engineer – Dot Net

Essential Skills:

• Good experience in Asp.Net, C# & SQL Server
• Experience in Financial domain is preferred
• Good Communication skills

Experience: 3 to 5 years
