• Possess around 10 years of experience in Software testing, of which he/she should have 3-5 years of experience as a test lead/ test manager leading teams of 5 to 10 people.
• Be capable of managing test projects independently.
• Provide guidance to the team on technical matters and test process.
• Have thorough knowledge of test processes and techniques.
• Be capable of scoping and developing test project plans as per the deliverable timelines and resources required.
• Track and monitor the project progress and report status and escalate issues to maintain timeliness.
• Have good interpersonal skills with business, development and program management teams.
• Knowledge of Unix, SQL, PL/SQL preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of Telecom OSS and BSS systems is preferred.

Experience – 8 to 10 years

Qualification – B.E/ B. Tech in Computers / IT (or) MCA

• Possess around 7 Years of experience in Software testing of which he/she should have 2 – 3 years of experience as test lead, leading a team of 4 to 5 people.
• Be able to plan and manage the testing of an entire system.
• Possess good knowledge of test process and techniques.
• Be capable of scoping and developing test plans as per the business process and interfaces.
• Track the progress of test execution and reporting test status and issues.
• Report issues to development teams and obtain resolution.
• Knowledge of Unix, SQL, PL/SQL preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of Telecom OSS and BSS systems is preferred.

Experience – 5 to 7 years

Qualification – B.E/ B. Tech in Computers / IT (or) MCA

• Possess around 2 to 4 Years of experience in Software testing.
• Develop detailed test plans as per the system specifications.
• Execute the test plan and report status.
• Be capable of handling defect reporting, retesting and regression testing.
• Knowledge of Unix, SQL, PL/SQL preferred.

Experience – 2 to 4 years

Qualification – B.E/ B. Tech in Computers / IT (or) MCA

• Have 2 Years of experience in Software manual testing.
• Prepare and execute tests.
• Report defects.
• Track status of defects.
• Be able to handle retesting and regression testing.
• Knowledge of Unix, SQL, PL/SQL preferred

Experience – Upto 2 years

Qualification – B.E/ B. Tech in Computers / IT (or) MCA
