Customer Service Representative – Voice:

FRESHERS:

· Fresh B.Com,BA,BHM and B.Sc graduates from the 2008 batch only.

· Excellent communication, analytical and interfacing skills.

· Willing to work in different time zones.

EXPERIENCED:

· 13-36 months of experience in providing Inbound / Outbound Voice support to International Call Centers via telephone.

· Effectively answer inbound / outbound telephone calls from clients and provide client support through the use of an online knowledge base and benefits administration system / information system.

· Document calls and issues in case management tools.

· Good decision maker.

· Willing to work in different time zones.

Note:

The following candidates need not apply:

· BE / B.Tech / MCA.

· Candidates with less than 1 year in the current company.

· Candidates who have worked with 3 or more companies and possess only 2 years experience.

· Candidates who have applied in the last 6 months.
