The Job Descriptions is as below:

Skills set –

• Windows NT/XP desktop and application support
• Windows Server Administration including MS Exchange, SMS, ADS, IIS and SQL
• UNIX Administration and Application support - Sun Solaris administration, NIS, NFS, Samba, Apache/Tomcat, DNS, SendMail
• Storage and Backup products and solutions - ARCServe, Veritas Netbackup, NAS/SAN from NetApp/EMC/Sun, RAID and Clustering solutions
• Networking - Managing CISCO Routers and Switches, Network Appliances and Managing CheckPoint and CISCO PIX Firewalls
• Scripting - C, Shell scripting, PERL, ASP/WMI/ADSI/VBScript
• DBA - Sybase, Oracle and MS SQL with good knowledge in SQL

Experience- 1 to 6 Years

For the above position, candidates should have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Must be outgoing, confident and able to work independently as well as in teams
• Ability to work on multiple projects at one time, problem solving and attention to details
• Flexible to work in a 24×7 IT support environment
• Should be a quick learner and adaptable to a process oriented environment
• Excellent troubleshooting skills is a must
