I was overwhelmed on going through the way ‘ReviewStream.com’ works. Its indeed a brilliant idea of cashing on people’s work by just monitoring the things. These crazy guys of ReviewStream have formulated a website way back in 2005, which accepts reviews from any one and on absolutely ANY thing. Their punchline is ‘Everything can be reviewed and every review can be paid’

Usually many websites accept articles from viewers but websites paying them are seldom seen. ReviewStream cashes exactly on that point. You can review ANY thing. From hotels, cell phones, movies…to even your boy/girl friend, husband/wife or boss…and you get paid from 1 to 2$ per review. In addition to this there are no strict rules that you need to be a professional reviewer, use good vocabulary, write thousands of words. A person who can write a review in simple english in as low as 200 to 300 words also finds a place in the site and gets paid. Interesting right ???

So how do you think ReviewStream.com gets benefitted ? They’ve put a condition that every review will be paid around 2$ and the amount will be sent only after reaching a margin of 50$. So inorder to reach that mark you need to write atleast 25 articles. How many people would be that much focussed on this job of reviewing even after getting thrilled by the payment scheme ? ‘ReviewStream’ works exactly on this point.

There would be thousands of reviews from hundreds of people as it is very simple to write. Just like we speak to friends on anything that can be put into words as a review and they accept it for publishing. But most of these people don’t concentrate on meeting the mark of more than 25 Articles. So these reviews inturn serve as free content for the site. As they have advertising mechanisms like ‘Google Adsene’ on the site they earn good revenue for the content. The reviews with duplicated content will not be accepted and all the reviews on the site would be unique on the net. So they give good amount of traffic. They should be making some real big money with an awesome idea. By attracting huge number of people, collecting content from them they are managing to earn money.
