Location in: Mumbai / Chennai, travel may be required
Generic Work profile
* Candidates will go through approx. 3 months training
* Thereafter, candidates will be engaged in application support delivery for internal and external customers
* Solve tickets and change requests and support ongoing operations
* Ensure own tasks are carried out within service level agreements
Specific Work profile
Training will be in Mumbai.
Qualification
Candidates with excellent academic background who are willing to undergo training and project experience followed by SAP Application support assignment.
Having any one of the qualifications listed below:
- B. Tech / B.E. – Computer Science / Production / Mechanical)
- M.C.A / B.C.A.
- B.Sc – IT
Scoring at least 60% marks in the final year
Or
- B.Com
Scoring at least 65% marks in the final year
All applicants must have completed their graduation / post graduation in 2008 only.
