Senior Associate ( 6 to 7.5 yrs )

·         Create Master Test Plan and coordinate the creation of other detailed test plans

·         Interact with the client to understand application business area and requirements

·         Ensure that the status reports are prepared and delivered to the customer on-time

·         Schedule, track, and report variances as per schedule and effort

·         Identify key issues/needs of Test Environment that would involve – availability of Testing Environment(s), Test Data Set-Up, Test Tools Management, Test Reporting

·         Coordinate with the development and customer teams to resolve issues with the test environment

·         Responsible for team development and motivation – plan team activities and events

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

APM ( 8 to 10 yrs)

·         Responsible for all aspects of project delivery and management (planning, estimation and execution)

·         Responsible for customer satisfaction, resource utilization, project profitability, quality and Process management

·         Work with Account Manager for Test revenue and resource projections

·         Conduct and participate in meetings with Client Management to discuss the Project goals and report the health of the overall project status

·         Establish a approach/strategy to testing right from test planning, test design and development, test execution and closure

·         Ensure compliance with respect to internal processes – quality assurance standards, quality tools and configuration management

·         Identify and integrate suitable automated and performance test toolsets to improve efficiency and deliver quality products to the client

·         Provide consulting on specialized testing techniques, and provide advocacy of requirements in testing and quality through associated third parties in order to control cost and quality

·         Conduct project management review of all projects under supervision with the key stakeholders periodically
