Training-cum-Recruitment Program:
Information Management is the most happening area of IT in the present times. Skills in Data-warehousing techniques, methodologies and tools are in great demand now.
Saksoft Limited, a CMMI Level 5 Software Services and Product company, specialists in Data-warehousing and Testing, is offering a Training-cum-Recruitment Program.
Selected candidates would be offered conditional employment opportunity in Saksoft Limited. After intensive training for 12 months they would be deployed in global projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
M.C.A, B.E (E&E, Comp. Science, IT) students passing out 2009, with no arrears & 80% above.
Selection Process: Written Test and Personal Interview.
Traning Duration: (Total 12 months)
6 months of intensive class room and practical training.
6 months on the job training.
Employment Conditions:
- A stipend of Rs 5000 per month would be given during the period of 12 months of training and this period would be considered as probation for the candidates.
- Upon completion of the probation period, those found to have gained the required proficiency would be offered permanent positions and paid the salary as per the normal remuneration scales of Saksoft Limited.
- Candidates should commit themselves to minimum two years of employment in Saksoft Limited, post the training period.

- Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2
- Scripting Languages: PL/SQL, T-SQL
- ETL Tools: Informatica, OWB, DataStage, SSIS
- Reporting Tools: Business Objects, Cognos, SSRS
- Software Development Methodologies
* Testing:
- Testing
- Testing Methodologies
- Tools used in Testing
- Data-warehousing Testing
- SOA and Web-services Testing
- Test Automation, Performance Testing
- Communication and other soft skills
This is a great opportunity for fresher’s to gain in-depth training in Data-warehousing & Testing and get employed in Saksoft Limited.
Note: Referral Bonus will not be applicable for this position as it is Fresher’s Drive
