  Some of the Terms & Conditions:

  o We consider 21 months Security Bond with every candidates who get selected in interview process.

  o Fresher: There will be a probation period of 6-8 months for every fresher.

  o Experience: This may vary from person to person & project to project upon which your relevant skills are sharpened to meet the industry specific standards.

  o After Security Bond Period, You shall furnish 45 days notice or till the completion of project in hand, in advance at the time of resignation or pay salary for one and half month in lieu thereof. No notice or resignation from the services of the Company will be effective if it is given during the period you are on leave and you will not be entitled to proceed on leave during the notice period. The Company may, however, at its sole discretion, require you to proceed on leave during such notice period. However should your termination be due to non performance, misconduct, fraud, negligence, theft, willful violation of the Company Rules, misappropriation, imprisonment or Censure by a Court of Law or as it may deem fit in the instant case, the Company will not pay any notice pay/ bond arrears. In the event of your termination from probation term / service due to unauthorized absence from duty, Company reserve right to recover the notice pay from you along with any legal expenses incurred for the same.
  o You will be responsible for the safe keeping and return in good condition and order, of all properties which may be entrusted to you by the Company.
  o During the period of your probationary /employment with us, you will devote your whole time and attention to your duties and will not work directly or indirectly for any other person, Firm, Company or Organization or engage yourself with any trade or business whether with or without remuneration/profit in any capacity without the prior written permission of the Company.
  o You will keep us informed of any change in your residential address or your civil status.

  During the period of your employment with the Company or at any time thereafter, except in the proper course of performance of your duties in the Company’s service, you shall not use, divulge, or disclose to any one any of the secrets concerning the affairs or information concerning the business of the Company which you may have acquired in the course of, or as incidental to your.

  o The company is not responsible for situations arising out of the personal usage of the cellular phone or any official telephone / vehicle or any other utilities of the company.
  o You are governed by the “Service Rules & Regulations” of the Company which are in force or may come in force from time to time. We reserve the right to change your designation and/or the scope and nature of your assignment at our discretion, if at any time; we should find it desirable and /or appropriate to do so.   ATTENTION !!! READ IT CAREFULLY

  Sapneosoft is the worst company i have ever seen. infact its a black spot on the name of IT companies.

  only building is good, other then that everything is crap.

  They takes 1 lac rupees to give you offer letter. one written test is there just for formality. In reality who will give 1 lac rupees, will get the offer letter. at that time they says like we will give 15000 /- per month, so many other facilities ,this and that.

  they says like that earlier company was there in pune, somtimes chennai, and kerala, they closed from there and then reopened here. all just crap.

  when you will go and join there , you will come to know, they are the biggest lier.

  Basically this is fraud company of fraud people. they pays only 5000 /- instead of 15000 /- per month.
  Management is the worst thing there , they don’t even know the basic rules of management.
  they don’t know how to talk to employees , they talk like as if they are their slaves.
  HR doesn’t know how to talk in english , you can see her shouting on everybody without any reason.
  they make whatever rules they want , and whenever they want.

  if you are hired for developement ,then also you have to do data entry, its compulsory.
  in the starting they says like they have so many projects in your stream,,,but reality is that ,,,there is no project,,not even a single project is there.

  No canteen , no hostel facility,,,,nothing, all just fake…….
  not even a single dustbin is there what else you can expect.

  forget about Medical Insurance, Provident Fund & Gratuity, ESI coverage, long stay bonus, performance incentive, target achievement incentives as they mention …they will not even give you your full salary. and if you will go and ask about the salary ,,then they says,,you will get this much only,,if you want to resign ,,you can,,now your 1 lac rupees is waste….and they dont care ,whatever you think about them…they will do whatever they want…they are the biggest cheater.

  they takes your money and increase their bank balance. they just do partying on your money.

  so my dear friends ,,never ever join this company . otherwise that will be the biggest mistake of your life.
  forget about money ,,you will spoil your career also.
