Position : Senior Software Design Engineer
Location : Hyderabad
Experience : 4 Minimum
Qualification : 4 year degree in computer science, engineering, MIS or equivalent

General Summary:
SumTotal is looking for strong developers with excellent communication skills to be part of the team that develops the next generation Talent Development Suite. Engineers will be involved in the design, development, and maintenance of SumTotal Talent Development products as part of the core product development team in Hyderabad.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong understanding of development and design fundamentals (C, C++, C#, Java)
• Strong debugging skills
• Exposure to design/implementation of applications using a modern architecture
• Experience in database programming and building web applications on the Microsoft .NET stack
• Ability to contribute individually and work well with minimal supervision
• Ability to work well with a team and have passion for delivering high quality code
• Good problem solving skills
